Global warming could be a cause of climate disasters. The ECA report says that climate disasters a have risen at the same time global temperatures have. By the year 2030 developing countries could lose up to 12 percent of their GDP. Higher world temperatures are likely to cause falling crops and lack water. up to 40 to 100 percent of the damage meant for 2030 can be stopped by cost-beneficial adaption measures that have been tested. The method has been positive so far but even though there is a plan help doesn't mean that governments don't have to help.
