"The Benguela Current Expirement." Seward Johnson. Dec. 14, 2oo9. CNN.com.
The Benguela Current is located in the south Atlantic. This experimant is to study the pathways, velocity and any changes in the flow of the current. Over 100 floats (independent variable) will measure the flow of the current (dependent variable). This experiment has no conlusion or results yet. This is a good experiment. It tests what we actually know about these currents and helps us learn more so maybe we can use these rivers under the sea to our advantage. The experiment can be improved by tracking the floats instead of just trying to run across them. A follow up experiment could test how far this current goes before it ends.
